Traveling is not just about moving from one place to another—it’s about the inner journey that shapes our perception of the world. I used to tell stories about my adventures to countless countries, sharing tales of hiking volcanoes, riding trains through scenic countrysides, and flying across the globe. But in doing so, I often missed the most important part—how those experiences transformed me.
Through these journeys, I realized that the most remarkable destinations are not found on a map, but within our minds. Traveling physically helped me uncover a deeper truth: the world we explore begins with how we see it in our hearts and minds.
Let’s talk about your travel dreams—whether it’s a real-life adventure to Machu Picchu, a meditative retreat to the Himalayas, or simply discovering the magic in your everyday life. Every journey starts with a thought, a spark of excitement, and the feeling of endless possibilities.
Tune into your body, listen to your heart, and follow where your mind takes you. I’ll be here, ready to guide your imagination or help you plan that next real-world adventure. Just imagine it—or take the leap!
About my travel experience
My journey began on a small island in thailand, sitting on a beach with the ocean before me and sand between my toes. In that moment, I felt a deep calling to return and become a scuba dive master. What seemed like paradise was actually the beginning of a deeper quest—to discover my true self.
I was christian raber then, but over time, my name and path evolved. After backpacking adventures, I met my wife, lisa, in a pool in ubud, bali. Eventually, I became chris rachowicz, and we welcomed two daughters while building a new life in oakland, california. There, I became a preschool teacher and later a puppeteer, performing at children’s parties.
Along the way, I embarked on a journey to heal from my past, exploring difficult childhood moments. Through this healing, I embraced a new name: chris ganesh rachowicz.
Throughout my life, I’ve contributed to communities worldwide—volunteering with street children in bolivia, working with people with hiv in tanzania, and launching a micro-loan project. In the u.S., I’ve shaped young minds as a preschool teacher.
All these experiences and connections have shaped who I am today. My purpose now is to guide others on their own journeys, helping them find their passion and inner peace.
