Grief Recovery

Kind words can be short and easy to speak, but their echoes are truly endless.

“What we once enjoyed and deeply loved we can never lose, For all that we love deeply becomes a part of us.”

― Helen Keller

What is Grief Recovery?

Grief is one of the most misunderstood topics in our society. It’s a natural response to loss, yet we often lack the tools to process our grief and live in the present. Grief recovery provides these essential tools for healing.

Throughout our lives, we experience various types of loss that can lead to grief. This can include death, divorce, the end of a romantic relationship, loss of health, career changes, moving, adjusting to an empty nest, or even childhood losses from abuse or neglect.

Your Healing Journey

If you’re reading this, chances are you or someone you care about is struggling with a broken heart. Whether it’s the pain of losing a loved one, the end of a relationship, or another profound loss, the feelings of sadness, confusion, and distraction can be overwhelming. You are not alone. For over 40 years, the grief recovery method has guided people toward healing and renewal. Let me help you embrace this powerful approach to rediscover your true self and live a life filled with joy and balance.

Pain of Losing a Loved One

Losing a loved one brings deep pain and emptiness. It’s hard, but with time, memories remain, and the hurt softens. Sharing feelings and honoring their memory helps.

How You Are Grieving-

Grief can arise from many losses, not just death. It could be from losing a relationship, a job, or a sense of identity. You might feel sadness, confusion, or emptiness. These emotions are valid, even if no one has passed away. Allow yourself to feel them, and take time to heal.

7 stages of grief

The 7 stages of grief are based on the work of Swiss psychiatrist Dr Elisabeth Kübler-Ross. She developed 5 stages of grief in 1969, but two more were added over the years to help strengthen the model.
