What is Grief Recovery?

Grief is one of the most misunderstood topics in our society. It’s a natural response to loss, yet we often lack the tools to process our grief and live in the present. Grief Recovery provides these essential tools for healing.

Throughout our lives, we experience various types of loss that can lead to grief. This can include death, divorce, the end of a romantic relationship, loss of health, career changes, moving, adjusting to an empty nest, or even childhood losses from abuse or neglect.
Many of these losses remain unaddressed for years due to the belief that “time will heal all wounds.” Unfortunately, the reality is that time alone does not heal.
Grief Recovery Method Workshops offer a safe space and the tools needed to navigate your grief. You deserve this healing.

My Story

I was born in the beautiful country of austria and grew up in the small village of pregarten in upper austria. My childhood was shaped by a traditional upbringing, typical of life in a close-knit community.

Although I had a loving family and many positive memories, my early years were also marked by constant exposure to unresolved conflicts, simmering aggression, and harsh judgment. Open arguments were common, with little regard for healthy boundaries. As I grew older, severe illnesses and mental health challenges within my family added to the burdens I carried, placing even greater weight on my shoulders. I often felt the pressure to remain strong for everyone else, which gradually caused me to lose touch with my own emotions.

In our family, we never spoke openly about feelings or deeper emotions. The unspoken belief was that time would heal everything. To cope with the stress and tension, I unconsciously adopted the strategies I had learned from my caregivers: to be strong for others, never show weakness, and bury my own emotions.

As I became an adult, I felt an undeniable urge to leave my hometown and explore the world in search of my identity. Through many trips and adventures, I discovered that true healing and self-discovery didn’t come from exploring the world, but from looking within.

My growing interest in death and grief eventually led me to the grief recovery method, a powerful tool that became pivotal in my own healing journey. Experiencing its transformative effects firsthand, I felt a deep calling to bring this method to others facing loss and grief, guiding them toward their own paths of healing.
